• Defines best-fitting functional solutions to business problems by leveraging out-of-the-box platform capabilities and exploration of solution alternatives
• Definition of Non-functional requirements (NFRs)
• Provide oversight and foster Built-In Quality
• Support requirements engineering and refinement process of agile teams
