Job summary

Goodwill Manasota, Inc. in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Front-End Lead to drive world-class customer service, manage POS sales, and oversee front-end operations at our Honore GGC location.

The role includes leading cashiers, coordinating training, scheduling, and ensuring a neat, well-organized sales floor with accurate reporting and deposits. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Partner with the Store Leadership to train, develop, supervise, and evaluate cashiers.
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill donated retail goods process.
• Ensure the sales floor, dressing rooms, Treasure Island and overall cash register area are neat, merchandised, rotated and organized at all times.
• Complete register pulls, readings, cash reports, daily activity reports, transmittal of reports and daily deposits in accordance with Goodwill's policies and procedures as required.
• Support in the scheduling and execution of front-end team member breaks, maintaining adequate cashier coverage during breaks.

THE POSITION: The primary responsibilities of the Keyholder are to ensure world-class customer service, POS sales, facility security and maintenance, and processing merchandise.

As a Retail Store Front-End Leadr, you will:
