Job summary

Costco is seeking a frontline member services associate to greet shoppers and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist with order packing, loading, and cashier support while maintaining cleanliness and safety in the front-end area.

Responsibilities include helping customers with self-checkout, stocking, signage creation, and general department duties. Open availability and workplace eligibility are required; training provided.

• Greet members and provide high-level customer service.
• Assist with packing orders and loading onto carts.
• Help with self-checkout and monitoring registers for errors.
• Maintain cleanliness of front-end and register areas.
• Set up and close the department, stock shelves, and manage signage.
• Operate equipment and assist in other warehouse areas as needed.
