Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Mid-level Front End Developer to join its on-site team in San Antonio, TX. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and reports on-site five days a week, collaborating with PMO and stakeholders to design and implement modern GUI features.

You will create design drawings, wireframes, and mockups; optimize UI navigation; work across DevSecOps with Jenkins, GitLab, and CI/CD tooling; and contribute to agile, user-centered UI/UX efforts, while ensuring system tests and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Must report on-site in San Antonio, TX.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• A Master’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
• 7 years of experience in the functional area.
• 3 years of front-end web design and development.
• 3 years of experience testing web-based applications.
• 5 years of experience with Jenkins and GitLab.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and software development.

Responsibilities

• Shall perform front-end design tasks including creating technical design drawings, mockups and wireframes for review.
• Develop and optimize UI elements and navigation for user-facing features.
• Prepare, conduct, and document system tests and results for operability and standards compliance.
• Engage in agile, user-centric application design to ensure best-of-breed UI/UX.
• Collaborate on cloud deployments and DevSecOps integration.
