Job summary

NJT Automation LLC in Milwaukee seeks a Front-End Developer to build and evolve our RepairMode customer-facing marketplace. You will own responsive UI development, core user journeys, and front-end quality across the application.

Lead with modern JavaScript and React, craft reusable components, implement dashboards and real-time interfaces, and collaborate with backend teams and CI/CD workflows to ship reliable features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
• Experience with modern JavaScript, React or similar frameworks, and component-driven UI development.
• Experience building authenticated user flows, dashboards, and data-driven interfaces.
• Familiarity with testing, performance optimization, and Git-based CI/CD workflows.
• Clear communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and component-based architecture.
• Build and maintain interactive user flows for account access, profile management, listings or service requests, and status tracking.
• Develop reusable UI components and shared libraries for visual consistency and faster feature delivery.
• Design and implement role-specific dashboards and access-controlled views for customers, technicians, and administrators.
• Build real-time communication interfaces including chat, message threads, and in-app notification panels.
• Build rating, feedback, and trust-related interfaces for reviews, summaries, and reputation history.
• Monitor and improve front-end performance and responsiveness on key user-facing pages.
• Conduct component and interaction testing, regression checks on critical flows, and cross-browser verification before release.
• Integrate the web application with backend platforms and third-party services for sign-in, data display, file uploads, and real-time updates.
• Support CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions for automated build, test, and deployment of front-end releases.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve interface issues in alignment with platform requirements and development guidelines.
