Job summary

Enlighten is seeking a talented Front-End Developer to build intuitive applications for clients, collaborating with engineers across the stack. You will work in a hybrid model, spending time in our Greenville, SC office and from home as needed to deliver focused results.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of software engineering experience with modern front-end frameworks, a secret clearance, and a strong grasp of Agile processes and RESTful APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• Secret security clearance is required.
• Experience with the agile software lifecycle is expected.
• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Git, Nexus, Maven) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation, enhancement, and maintenance of web applications.
• JavaScript / CSS / HTML coding and code review.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and data scientists to build holistic user experiences.
• Define and interact with REST-based APIs.
• Troubleshoot customer-reported issues and provide support.
• Write unit tests and conduct quality assurance testing.
