You will provide technical guidance on platforms such as Adobe Franklin, Web Builder, and related enterprise CMS capabilities, supporting website migrations, integrations, performance improvements, compliance, and platform adoption. The role focuses on Web/CMS platform enablement and delivery excellence rather than direct ownership of the underlying platform infrastructure.

  • Guide development teams on platform capabilities, reusable components, implementation patterns, and enterprise standards.
  • Identify platform adoption challenges, technical limitations, and delivery inefficiencies.

  • Support website modernization, CMS migrations, and onboarding onto strategic web platforms.
  • Assess technical readiness, dependencies, integration requirements, and migration risks.
  • Define reusable migration approaches, checklists, implementation guidelines, and quality gates.
  • Provide technical guidance to delivery teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Ensure continuity, performance, accessibility, and compliance during platform transitions.
Website Quality, Security & Governance
  • Help ensure websites meet enterprise security, privacy, accessibility, performance, SEO, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Establish technical guidelines, governance practices, and quality checks for website delivery.
  • Support release readiness assessments and identify technical or compliance gaps.
  • Coordinate remediation of recurring defects and implementation issues.
  • Collaborate with Security, Privacy, Legal, Accessibility, Analytics, and Operations teams.
Integration Support & Technical Troubleshooting
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex website and CMS integration issues.
  • Support integrations involving APIs, analytics, consent management, authentication, forms, CRM, and third-party services.
  • Identify whether issues originate from website implementations, integrations, or underlying platforms.
  • Coordinate resolution with development teams, platform owners, vendors, and support teams.
  • Recommend long-term improvements to reduce recurring incidents.
Platform Tools & Capability Management
  • Provide technical ownership and engineering stewardship for assigned enablement tools, including SmartCapture, Spektral, and related capabilities.
  • Support tool adoption, technical documentation, vendor coordination, and service improvements.
  • Monitor tool usage, reliability, quality, and operational risks.
  • Contribute to tool enhancement roadmaps and lifecycle planning.
Continuous Improvement & Technical Enablement
  • Analyze platform usage, delivery challenges, recurring issues, and performance indicators.
  • Recommend improvements in website delivery speed, technical quality, and platform effectiveness.
  • Develop reusable implementation patterns, technical documentation, and developer guidance.
  • Support appropriate adoption of automation and AI-assisted engineering practices.
  • Promote consistent engineering standards and knowledge sharing across delivery teams.
What You Bring
  • Strong experience delivering, modernizing, or supporting enterprise websites using CMS or Digital Experience Platforms (DXP).
  • Experience with enterprise Web/CMS technologies, preferably Adobe Franklin or similar platforms.
  • Good understanding of web architecture, front-end technologies, APIs, content delivery, and third-party integrations.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern website delivery practices.

  • Hands-on exposure to Adobe Franklin, Web Builder, or comparable enterprise web platforms.
  • Experience integrating CMS platforms with CRM, analytics, consent management, identity, or marketing systems.
  • Exposure to SmartCapture, Spektral, or similar website enablement and experience-validation tools.
  • Familiarity with website accessibility and compliance practices in regulated industries.
  • Experience supporting large-scale website migration or modernization programs.
  • Exposure to automation and AI-assisted development practices.
  • Experience working with distributed engineering teams, platform owners, and external vendors.
What Success Looks Like

  • Faster and more predictable website migrations with reduced technical risks.
  • Improved website security, accessibility, performance, and compliance.
