Job summary

GeoAcuity, LLC is seeking a Front-End Developer to craft visualization software for location-aware GIS applications. You will collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, improve performance, security, and scalability of systems, and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards.

The role requires 2+ years of front-end experience, proficiency in HTML5/CSS3/TypeScript/JavaScript, and a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, with on-site work in multiple US locations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with web design and front-end development.
• Proven experience using HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Background building high-availability and high-scalability solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• US citizenship with Active or Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, GIS, or related STEM field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs; collaborate with front-end developers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed and reliability.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Maintain production systems and resolve issues as required.
