Job summary

Glint Tech Solutions in Fremont, CA seeks a Front End Developer specializing in Angular to design, build and maintain internal HRIS web applications. You will work across product, backend, and AI teams on features from design to deployment using Angular, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

You will own complex features, optimize performance, handle live metrics, respond to production issues, and collaborate with engineers, UX designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver scalable interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building front-end web applications with Angular, HTML, and CSS
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular, including DOM manipulation and JS object model
• Strong understanding of component-based development
• Software engineering best practices, agile development, and version control (Git)
• Solid understanding of HTTP, REST, AJAX, and JSON
• Thorough understanding of REST principles and RESTful API best practices
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, memoization)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications for People Systems in Angular, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Own deployment, stability, and usability of applications across complex order-flow systems
• Deliver end-to-end features from requirements gathering through production deployment
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps Engineers
• Contribute to performance optimization of existing flows and ensure seamless integration
• Monitor live system metrics, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot production issues
• Communicate changes in estimates, dependencies, and blockers to stakeholders quickly

Project Description
The HRIS team is seeking a Front End Developer to help design and develop internal web applications for People Systems. This role owns complex features from design through deployment and collaborates closely with product, backend, and AI engineering teams to turn technical requirements into high-performance user interfaces using Angular, React, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications for People Systems in Angular, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Learn complex systems related to order flow; own deployment, stability, and usability of applications
• Deliver end-to-end features from requirements gathering through production deployment
