Qualifications

• College graduate with CS, IT, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years development experience; able to roll up sleeves and get work done.
• Proficient in Vue or React, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience with Git.
• Knowledge of design principles and UX design.
• Experience deploying web apps to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive and responsive UIs using Vue.js or React.js.
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable frontend code.
• Create and update technical documentation for projects.
• Build reusable components and libraries for consistency and efficiency.
• Implement state management (e.g., Pinia, Zustand, Recoil, Redux).
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs securely.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Debug and troubleshoot to resolve bugs promptly.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to integrate components.

• 5+ years of development experience, flexibility, quickness, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get work done.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to deliver high-quality user-facing products.
• Proficient in Vue or React, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience with using Git.
• Knowledge of design principles and user experience (UX) design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of animation and rendering techniques for the web.
• Experience deploying web applications to any cloud platform like GCP, DigitalOcean, AWS, or similar.
  

Nice to have:

• Experience programming in PHP and managing WordPress sites.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness by writing clean, standards-compliant HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve bugs in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other team members to integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Contribute to the improvement of development processes and participate in knowledge sharing sessions.
• Provide regular status updates on project progress and communicate effectively within the team.
• Attend status/kick-off meetings, creative review meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
