Job summary

Raley's in Tucson seeks a Courtesy Clerk to support front-end operations, including bagging groceries, collecting carts, and assisting customers with a friendly, helpful attitude. You will help maintain store cleanliness and assist customers in locating items, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to work in a fast-paced setting, and willing to perform various duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age. Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol.
• Ability to provide friendly, helpful customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to bag groceries neatly and assist customers to their cars.

Responsibilities

• Bagging customers' groceries in a neat, orderly fashion.
• Collect shopping carts from the parking lot, assist customers to their cars with their groceries.
• Always maintain a cheerful, helpful attitude toward all customers and other Team Members.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of store and restrooms.
• Assist with “go backs” and accompany customers to locate items throughout the store.
• All other related duties as assigned.
