Job summary

Raley's in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Courtesy Clerk to perform front-end tasks such as bagging groceries, collecting carts, and ensuring a memorable customer experience in a fast-paced store.

You will help keep the store clean, assist customers to locate items, stock, and support go-backs, with a cheerful attitude and strong teamwork. Must be at least 18, with higher age for alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be 21 years of age for positions that serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Bagging customers' groceries in a neat, orderly fashion.
• Collect shopping carts from the parking lot, assist customers to their cars with their groceries.
• Always maintain a cheerful, helpful attitude toward all customers and other Team Members.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of store and restrooms.
• Assist with “go backs” and accompany customers to locate items throughout the store.
• All other related duties as assigned.
