Job summary

Raley's is hiring a Courtesy Team Member to provide friendly customer service on the front end of the store, bag groceries, collect carts, and assist customers quickly and accurately. The role emphasizes a positive attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail setting.

The position includes duties such as maintaining store cleanliness, supporting cashiers, and helping customers locate items while upholding our service standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Bagging customers' groceries in a neat, orderly fashion. Verifies prices for cashiers when necessary.
• Collect shopping carts from the parking lot, assist customers to their cars with their groceries.
• Always maintain a cheerful, helpful attitude toward all customers and other Team Members.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of store and restrooms.
• Assist with “go backs” and accompany customers to locate items throughout the store.
