Menards! is hiring for a Full-time Cashier and Front End Team member in Minnesota. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service at the register and front-end areas, while supporting courtesy patrol and service desk tasks to ensure No Waiting for Savings.

As part of the Front End Team, you will help customers with loading purchases, maintain store appearance, and participate in on-the-job training and exclusive discounts, with weekend wage enhancement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cashier or in customer service.
• Ability to operate a cash register and assist customers.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
