Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment.
• Sanitize surfaces, utensils and equipment.
• Keep floor clear of debris and spills.
• Follow QA, safety and regulatory standards.
• Dress and groom according to policy (uniform, name badge, hat).
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Operate cash register and handle cash accurately.
• Scan products and bag orders safely and efficiently.
• Process all payments (cash, card, checks, EBT, etc.).
• Promote current charitable promotions to customers.
• Handle damaged or return-to-stock products per policy.
• Know product locations and assist customers.
• Stand at the register for full shifts.
• Adhere to shrink guidelines and safety programs.
• Report equipment problems and maintain tools.
• Complete training programs and align with service priorities.
• Maintain punctual attendance and work overtime as needed.
