Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Casa Grande, AZ, is hiring a Front-End Team Member to create a smooth checkout experience for customers. You will scan items, bag groceries, and answer questions while keeping the front end organized during your shift.

You will rotate between tasks, handle transactions, restock supplies, and assist with general front-end upkeep in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service is helpful, and training is provided at hire.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ depending on state)
• Completion of cashier/front-end training upon hire
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Scan items and process transactions
• Bag groceries and assist customers at checkout
• Maintain clean and organized front-end area
• Restock supplies and manage cart retrieval
• Respond to pricing, transaction, or service questions
• Follow store policies and checkout procedures
