Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on software development and web design framework.
• Support advanced workflow troubleshooting and new workflows for future products.
• Provide front-end site page customization for the new production tool.
• Provide data analytics support and communicate with stakeholders about issues.
• Prepare detailed documentation for senior officials from multiple departments.
