Job summary

Applitrack seeks a security associate to provide protection for pupils, staff, and school property. The role focuses on monitoring entrances and cameras during peak times and maintaining a smooth sign-in process. You will use a visitor management system and coordinate deliveries and equipment in the entry area.

The position requires a high school diploma, knowledge of security practices, and the ability to work with groups. CPR/First Aid preferred, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of security measures, fire prevention, and crowd control is required.
• First aid and CPR training preferred.
• Experience with two-way portable radio communication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the front door and cameras during peak arrival and departure times.
• Operate and maintain the visitor management system.
• Sign in and out students and visitors.
• Move desks to create space for sign-in/sign-out of arrivals and dismissal.
• Receive and carry parcel deliveries to the main office; handle ski club equipment in entry/storage areas.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
