Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Front Desk teammate to create an EPIC welcome for every member and guest. You will check in members, register guests, handle phone inquiries, and assist with pro shop sales in a fast-paced club environment.

Join a lively team in Texas, with EPIC Training and opportunities to grow. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and communicate clearly in English. This position emphasizes guest experience and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with EPIC hospitality and farewell.
• Check in members and register guests using proper procedures.
• Answer phone with appropriate verbiage and route inquiries to the right team.
• Assist with pros shop sales and merchandise as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and entry area.
• Complete opening/closing duties and routine club cleaning as required.
