Overview

The Promissory Hotel is searching for a personable and passionate individual with strong leadership to join our growing team as a Front Office Supervisor!

As a valued team member, you will lead the team of guest service agents who are responsible in creating an exceptional guest experience and communication of our hotel services and promotions to guests at our soon-to-be-open destination boutique hotel with a vibrant restaurant/bar, Suerte, and live music hall, The Exchange.

Responsibilities
  • Smile, have fun, and be energetic — You’ll be the heart of the hotel guest services team!
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the guest service agents.
  • Assign tasks, manage schedules, monitor team performance, and conduct regular meetings to communicate updates.
  • Provide training and support to the guest services team and encourage them to reach their full potential through constructive feedback and support.
  • Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming, professional check-in and check-out experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and ensure all requests are followed up on.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, promotions, and local attractions to provide concierge-level service.
  • Communicate important guest information to relevant departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Accurately process payments and ensure proper credit card procedures are followed in compliance with PCI standards.
  • Maintain an organized and professional front desk area, following all shift checklist items.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
