Job summary

The Wigwam, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the guest service team and ensure smooth check-in/out, accurate billing, and VIP handling at our on-site front desk in Litchfield Park, AZ.

You will guide staff, handle guest concerns with poise, and promote a welcoming, efficient experience for guests from around the world, while collaborating with other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk shift and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Check guests in, verify credit and note special requests; maintain guest information.
• Train and coach front desk agents to deliver exceptional service; resolve issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure smooth operations and VIP handling.
