CoralTree Residence Collection is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily guest-facing operations at Crystal Peak Lodge in Breckenridge, Colorado. Grounded in our Purpose, to Serve from the Heart, the Front Desk Supervisor leads the daily guest-facing operation at Crystal Peak Lodge, bringing the CoralTree brand to life at every arrival, stay, and departure. The front desk is staffed seven days per week during standard business hours, eight to twelve hours per day, with daily coverage flexed seasonally. This role owns the arrival and departure experience, manages the front desk schedule within those parameters, and is the property's first responder for guest issues during shift hours.
To supervise, train, and inspire the front desk team. To coordinate and communicate regularly with the Property Manager, Housekeeping Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, and the CoralTree Manager on Duty answering service. The Front Desk Supervisor has high-volume daily contact with guests, owners, and team members across the property.
The Front Desk Supervisor must possess exceptional guest service skills, calm presence under pressure, and a service-first mindset. He or she must be resourceful, self-motivated, organized, and able to coach a small team to deliver consistent, memorable service in a seasonal mountain resort environment.
