Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a part-time Front Desk team member in Fort Lauderdale to greet residents, coordinate deliveries, and support busy operations. You will engage warmly, maintain professionalism, and help ensure a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

The role emphasizes multitasking, strong communication, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced property setting. Training is provided and a uniform is required.

Responsabilités

• Communicate effectively with team, property management, and residents/guests to ensure smooth operations.
• Receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring residents receive items promptly.
• Coordinate contractor arrivals/departures and visits from realtors or homebuyers/renters.
• Remind residents of property rules and regulations set by management.
• Follow all procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
• Respond promptly to resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
• Present a neat appearance in the supplied uniform and enjoy interacting with residents.

We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this part-time position is $17 per hour.

• You will ensure smooth operations and service by effectively communicating with your team members, property management, and residents/guests.
• Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring deliveries are delivered to residents efficiently.
• Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures, as well as realtor/potential homebuyer/renter visits.
• Advise and remind residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management.
• Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
• Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
• Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
• Enjoy interacting with the residents.
