Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• As a condition of employment, a background investigation will be conducted.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as permitted by law.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors at a front desk location within a technology, media, and telecommunications environment.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access-related records.
• Monitor entry points, access-control systems, cameras, communications, and alarm notifications, and report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, professional manner while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general assistance, and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
