Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America in Cleveland, Ohio seeks a Front Desk Security Officer to monitor the lobby, greet visitors, perform patrols, and respond to incidents with professionalism and courtesy.

Weekly pay and growth opportunities accompany a benefits package including health, dental, vision, and additional programs; prior security or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills
• Ability to complete patrols
• Strong technology skills (cell phone/computer)
• Prior security/customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Security Officers observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
• Security positions require you pass our drug screen and background check
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard
