Cappella Music Academy in Tacoma and Gig Harbor is seeking a friendly, professional part-time front desk team member to greet students, manage schedules, and support teachers in a busy music school environment.

This role is 24 hours per week with pay of $20 per hour and an enrollment bonus of $8 per student. A 401(k) with employer matching after 30 days and health benefits are provided; a positive customer service mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greeting students arriving for lessons and ensuring that teachers stay on schedule
• Responding to scheduling-related phone calls and emails from students and families
• Processing enrollments, sales skills relevant
• Interfacing with teachers to help them manage their student schedules
• General administrative tasks as needed
