Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio Phoenix is seeking an Assistant Front Desk Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations at our eyelash extension studio. This role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced beauty retail environment and requires strong leadership in a full-time capacity.

Competitive base pay with commissions and bonuses, plus PTO and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is expected to support store success.

Qualifications

• Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager.
• Ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations for the Amazing Lash Studio Phoenix location.
• Lead a front desk team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and store performance.
• Coach, train, and motivate staff; manage scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
