Massage Envy Sarasota North is hiring a Full-Time Front Desk Sales Associate in Sarasota, FL. You will manage the front desk, schedule services, and promote the Wellness Program while assisting guests with memberships and service enhancements.

The role offers $15.00 per hour base pay plus commissions (~$15–$18 total per hour) with benefits including healthcare, a 401(k) match, and training. Full-time status requires 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/front desk or sales is preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills for multitasking.
• Excellent people skills to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; book and upsell extensions.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and respond to emails.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.
