SEV Skin is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate in Frisco, TX to welcome clients and drive exceptional experiences while promoting services, memberships, and products. You will handle bookings, payments, and inquiries with a sales-driven approach to meet goals.

This role requires weekend availability and a friendly, proactive attitude. SEV Skin is a rapidly growing aesthetics brand with 75+ studios nationwide and a focus on client satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Achieve individual sales goals while supporting clinic performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized service.
• Warmly welcome clients and manage check-in/check-out and payments.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with detail.
• Respond to calls, emails, and messages professionally.
• Use booking and client-management systems accurately.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and maintain clean front desk.

What You'll Do

Sales and Client Engagement

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the clinic's overall performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized and knowledgeable service.

Front Desk and Client Experience

• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival through departure.
• Manage client check-in, check-out, and payment processing accurately.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and voicemail messages promptly and professionally.
• Address client questions and concerns with care, urgency, and professionalism.
• Use SEV Skin's booking and client-management systems accurately and efficiently.

Clinic and Team Support

• Complete opening and closing responsibilities according to established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming front-desk environment.
• Assist with transitional treatment-room cleaning when needed.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Participate in required service, systems, and sales training.
• Support new team members by modeling SEV Skin's service and selling standards.
• Assist with other clinic responsibilities as directed by operational or clinical leadership.
