Wyomissing Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a personable Receptionist to join our care team. The role involves handling phone systems, greeting visitors, preparing correspondence, and supporting mail and office organization in a collaborative environment.

We offer a full-time position with alternating weekends and a part-time evenings shift with alternating weekends, plus a benefits package including health, dental, life and vision insurance, paid vacation and sick time.

Qualifications

• Receptionist duties including answering calls, greeting visitors, memos and mail preparation.
• Flexible schedule with every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Operate phone systems to answer, screen and forward calls.
• Greet visitors entering the facility and direct accordingly.
• Prepare letters, memos, minutes, notices etc.
• Prepares and ships mail
• Keeps office area clean
