Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist *ASAP*

Location: Cincinnati, OH

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our Cincinnati, OH team. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a welcoming and organized office environment.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Manage the office calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate office supplies and restock as needed.
Qualifications:
