The Joint Chiropractic in Stafford, VA is seeking an energetic Wellness Coordinator to welcome patients, educate them about wellness memberships, and help create an exceptional patient experience.

You will greet patients, check in/out, assist with membership sales, handle scheduling and payments, keep the reception area tidy, and support the clinicians to ensure smooth daily operations and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable discussing memberships and recommending wellness plans.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Weekend availability is preferred.

Responsibilities
