Job Description

The Front Desk Receptionist welcomes and accommodates guests and staff in an efficient and friendly manner. Answers external and internal telephone calls, taking and delivering messages as needed.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 to $28.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

There is no predetermined application window for this position; it will close once a qualified candidate is selected. Job Responsibilities
  1. Display knowledge of emergency procedures after training to ensure safety of employees and guests.
  2. Utilize the radio/paging system used throughout the facility.
  3. Perform registration functions, including managing attendee lists, printing name badges, and welcoming and checking in visitors.
  4. Confirm meetings and headcounts as needed.
  5. Greet and escort visitors as needed.
  6. Update data boards with meeting information and announcements.
  7. Restock supplies in the business center and meeting rooms; notify management when orders are needed.
  8. Operate telephone services properly.
  9. Handle mail, messages, and special deliveries for Aramark and meeting attendees.
  10. Assist guests as needed.
  11. Support financial and reporting tasks.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  13. Participate actively in departmental training programs.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer service.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings.
  • Strong reading and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Clear English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Driver's License.
