Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to welcome members and guests, answer questions about memberships, and support daily club operations with a friendly, clean, and organized front desk environment.

You will assist with check-ins, transactions, and directing members to resources while helping maintain locker rooms and bathrooms and promoting memberships and services offered by the gym.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
