MOBILE TILLMANS CORNER CLUB 24 LLC in Mobile, AL is seeking a part-time Front Desk Opener to start the day by opening the fitness center at 5:00 am and ensuring smooth operations.

You will greet members, handle cash deposits, stock towels and juice-bar ingredients, support member accounts, and keep the facility clean and organized in a fast-paced environment. This early shift requires punctuality, reliability, and teamwork to deliver exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in fitness or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Opens the fitness center promptly at 5:00 am Monday–Friday.
• Handles cash deposits accurately and securely.
• Ensures towels are clean, stocked, and available for members.
• Prepares and stocks Juice Bar ingredients and equipment for the day.
• Greets members in a friendly and professional manner and assists with check-ins.
• Completes regular cleaning tasks and reports inventory discrepancies to management.

Reports to: General Manager/Assistant General ManagerPayment Type: Hourly, non-exempt, Semi-MonthlyPart-time - EARLY MORNING HOURS (4 AM to 11 AM Weekdays)Job Summary:As the first point of contact for our members, it is crucial that the Front Desk Opener is consistently punctual and dependable in opening the facility on time and ensuring that everything is running smoothly.
