Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Manager OEM for Courtyard Culver City Los Angeles. You will lead the front desk, ensure warm welcomes, efficient check-ins, and effective problem solving to optimize occupancy and revenue.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, exceptional guest service, and the ability to coach a team in a busy hotel environment. This is an overtime-eligible manager position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two year college degree with 3+ years of related experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field with supervisory experience
• Proficient in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Valid driver’s license from the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Guest experience excellence from check-in to check-out, ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the front desk team to maintain high standards and smooth operations.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep operations running smoothly and guests satisfied.
• Maximize occupancy and revenue through smart rate strategies and clear communication with guests and team.
