Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Manage all daily shift operations of the Front Office department.
  • Provide leadership, training, and manage shift flow while coaching front desk agents and supervisors.
  • Create proactive hiring plans and assist in conducting hourly interviews.
  • Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure associates do the same. Act as an ambassador for our establishment.
  • Perform hands-on duties as needed, including tasks related to financials, payroll, and scheduling.
Qualifications
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience; experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property is a bonus.
  • A passion for service with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Desire to develop and coach team members and foster a thriving environment.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems and execute strategies to achieve results.
