Join our team at the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel, offering stunning NYC skyline views just minutes from Manhattan! We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented leader to oversee overnight front desk operations, ensure smooth check-ins, maintain financial accuracy, and enhance guest satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate preparation and balancing of daily financial reports
- Reconcile and verify the day’s transactions (room charges, cash, credit cards)
- Respond professionally and promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies
- Perform end-of-day procedures for the hotel’s property management system (PMS)
- Verify proper closing of all department transactions
- Monitor security and safety protocols during the night shift
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs as needed
- Ensure front desk readiness for the morning shift
- Maintain customer satisfaction through wake-up calls and concierge services
- Create invoices, bills, and checks for vendors, employees, and contractors
- Manage and update official documentation related to the role
- Answer calls and inquiries regarding potential bookings
Key Qualifications:
- Open availability with shifts from 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM and 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Strong knowledge of front office operations and financial procedures
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Proficiency in PMS (LightSpeed preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Calmness under pressure and effective guest issue resolution skills
Compensation:
$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
