Position Summary

URGE FITNESS is seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Front Desk & Kids Club Associates. This dual-role position is ideal for candidates who enjoy delivering exceptional member service while creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Front Desk Operations
  • Greet all members, guests, and prospective members with a positive, high-energy, and welcoming attitude at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring each interaction reflects the URGE FITNESS brand.
  • Check members and guests in and out using membership software and verify access credentials.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to basic inquiries, and direct questions to appropriate staff or management.
  • Assist with new member sign-ins, guest passes, and general facility information.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enforce club policies and procedures courteously and consistently.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Kids Club Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with children ages 3 months to 11 years in a fun, attentive, and developmentally appropriate manner.
  • Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety, well-being, and enjoyment.
  • Participate in age-appropriate play, activities, and interaction throughout the entire shift.
  • Active engagement is required at all times—staff may not stand aside or passively observe children.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Kids Club environment.
  • Follow all Kids Club policies, check-in/check-out procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Communicate professionally with parents/guardians regarding their child’s experience.
• Facility Support & Stocking
  • Stock and replenish basic janitorial and facility supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, sanitizer, cleaning and hygiene products.
  • Assist with light cleaning and organization of front desk, Kids Club, and common areas as needed.
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly to management.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 45 pounds consistently. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the facility for extended periods. Comfortable working in an active, high-energy fitness environment.

Schedule Availability

Applicants must be available for one or more of the following shifts:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Friday 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
