Mountain Recreation in Eagle, CO is seeking a friendly Front Desk Attendant for the Eagle Pool and Ice Rink. You will greet guests, process admissions, registrations, and pass sales, and provide information to the public in a fast-paced recreation setting.

This part-time, seasonal role requires reliability, flexible scheduling, and strong cash handling. You’ll join a team that values community, offers competitive pay, bilingual incentive, and access to facility discounts and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate a cash register and handle cash accurately.
• Experience in recreation or customer-service environment preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• May require First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the facility and provide excellent customer service.
• Process admissions, registrations, and pass sales accurately.
• Serve as cashier for various transactions including program registration and concessions.
• Maintain lobby and front desk area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Answer multi-line phones and provide facility information.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and routine cleaning tasks.
• Support patrons with lost and found items and direct to activities.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to a positive guest experience.
