Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Front Desk Representative to handle receptionist and clerical duties at our main entrance. You will be the face of the company for all visitors and are responsible for the first impression we make.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, perceptive and disciplined. Ability to handle complaints, provide information, and deliver customer service is essential. Learning the POS system will be helpful to support operations.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. Competence in dealing with complaints and giving information as well as a customer-oriented approach are essential.

The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises so as to contribute to an overall great experience with our business. Ability to learn POS system will be helpful.
