Workout Anytime is seeking a motivated sales-focused team member to help grow memberships and renewals while delivering exceptional member experiences in a 24/7 gym environment. You will engage with the local community and contribute to a positive fitness culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth by selling new memberships, processing renewals, and gaining referrals
• Support daily operations, including light maintenance and tasks assigned by management
• Support cleanliness of the gym with locker rooms, main floor, and amenities
• Build strong relationships with members and the local community
• Assist with marketing initiatives and participate in promotional events
• Follow up on leads from web inquiries, referrals, and renewals through calls and emails
