Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Coordinator in Smyrna to support member services, greet patients, and promote wellness packages in a fast-paced clinic. You will educate guests on services and help drive memberships while maintaining accurate patient accounts and delivering exceptional customer care.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a collaborative team setting focused on health and wellness.

Qualifications

• One year of sales experience or more.
• Strong customer service orientation and effective communication with members and patients.
• Ability to educate patients on wellness offerings and services.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and patients upon arrival and check them in for visits.
• Promote memberships and visit packages to meet sales goals.
• Process transactions using POS software and maintain accurate patient accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized clinic environment.
• Assist in marketing/sales opportunities to attract new patients.

• Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.

• Share personal Chiropractic experience and stories

• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner

• Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
• Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
• Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures and direction.
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.
• Office management or marketing experience a plus!
• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
