Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a friendly Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Royal Palm Beach, FL. This role offers both part-time and full-time options with clinic hours Monday–Friday 10am–7pm and Saturday 10am–4pm, in a convenient retail setting.

Compensation is $15/hour with bonus potential and paid lunch breaks. Responsibilities include greeting patients, check-in, phone coverage, promoting memberships, and maintaining a clean, organized reception area while upholding our core

Position Summary The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team.

Schedule Part time and Full time available

Clinic Hours Monday-Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-4pm

Compensation $15/hr + BONUS

Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• The Wellness Coordinators primary responsibility is to gain memberships in order to meet sales goals.*DAILY BONUS POTENTIAL*
• Greeting members and patients upon arrival. Checking members and patients in to see the Chiropractor.
• Answering phone calls.

• Re-engaging inactive members.
• Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
• Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
• Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager’s policies, procedures, and direction.
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.
• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
