Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our care-focused team in a part-time capacity. This role supports member services, drives memberships, assists with front-desk duties, and provides friendly, informative experiences in our clinics.

Requirements include at least one year of sales experience and a high school diploma or GED; strong phone and computer skills; the ability to stand or sit for long periods; and a positive, proactive attitude.

• Have at least one year of previous Sales Experience.

• Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• Primary responsibility is to gain memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greet members and patients upon arrival and check them in.
• Answer phone calls and re-engage inactive members.
• Stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Support team goals and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organized workspace.
• Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages.
• Keep management informed of member concerns and follow policies.
• Willing to learn and grow; experience in office management or marketing is a plus.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Essential Responsibilities

• Greeting members and patients upon arrival. Checking members and patients in to see the Chiropractor.
• Answering phone calls.
• Re-engaging inactive members.
• Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
• Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
• Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager’s policies, procedures and direction.
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.
• Office management or marketing experience a plus!
• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
