Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a part-time Wellness Coordinator to support three clinics, primarily Brentwood and Washington. You will engage with members, promote memberships, and handle front-desk tasks in a fast-paced wellness setting.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of sales experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to multitask while staying organized. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Experience with point of sale software is a plus.
  • Able to communicate clearly with patients and members.
  • Strong customer service orientation is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent services to members and patients.
  • Gain memberships to meet sales goals.
  • Greet members and patients on arrival; check in to see the chiropractor.
  • Answer phone calls and re-engage inactive members.
  • Stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic workspace.
  • Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
  • Keep management informed of member concerns and follow policies.
  • Stand or sit for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds.

Part‑time: Hours are flexible 15‑25 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Competitive Pay $15-$20/hr + BONUS Potential

Experienced with Administrative, Multitasking, Professionalism , Organizational , High‑level Customer service, and High‑level Communication Capabilities. Preferred somesales or marketing experience. This position will be supporting 3 clinics, but mainly Brentwood and Washington

  • Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
  • Educate Patients on wellness offerings and services
  • Share personal Chiropractic experience and stories
  • Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast‑paced environment.
  • Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and patients.
  • Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner
Essential Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent services to members and patients.
  • The Wellness Coordinators primary responsibility is to gain memberships in order to meet sales goals.
  • Greeting members and patients upon arrival. Checking members and patients in to see the Chiropractor.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Re‑engaging inactive members.
  • Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
  • Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
  • Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
  • Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager’s policies, procedures and direction.
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.
  • Office management or marketing experience a plus!
  • Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
