The ideal candidate will have prior experience in oral surgery or medical administration, strong communication and multitasking abilities, and a patient-centric attitude.

Qualifications

  • Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in oral surgery, dental, or medical administration is preferred.
  • Proven administrative experience with growth or improvement in prior roles.
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

POSITION PURPOSE

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Front Desk Office Coordinator to join our top-tier Oral Surgery Practice. Principal Responsibilities And Duties
  • Patient Interaction: Expertly answer the phone, assist patients in scheduling appointments, and create patient accounts.
  • Administrative Support: Check patients in, post payments, and convert treatment plans with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Surgery Coordination: Assist with scheduling surgeries and ensure all necessary preparations are made.
