Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises seeks a Front Desk Clerk to warmly welcome guests and ensure a smooth, efficient check-in and check-out experience. You will manage reservations, respond to inquiries, handle payments, and maintain a clean, organized lobby while coordinating with housekeeping and other hotel teams for guest satisfaction.

• Check guests in/out, manage reservations, and handle special requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Professional, reliable, and service-focused.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. when needed.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
