Qualifications

• Must have exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong phone skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Administrative/office experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to spend most of the day seated at a desk.

Responsabilités

• Process service invoices accurately at the point of sale.
• Answer multi-line phone system and guide clients to the correct department.
• Provide general office support and assist the accounting team as needed.
