Welcome Desk staff is the first point of contact for Anatomy members and guests. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with membership inquiries, facility questions, and merchandise purchases. Must effectively communicate and enforce policies while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Schedule Needs

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests, providing prompt and courteous service
  • Assist with questions, product selections, and billing inquiries
  • Maintain a positive attitude, take initiative, and ensure effective communication
  • Maintain product knowledge and familiarity with Club Ready system for sales and membership management
  • Support club promotions and manage deliveries
  • Uphold the aesthetics, atmosphere, and culture of Anatomy

Daily Procedures

  • Answer questions about the club, classes, and staff
  • Manage cash and POS transactions
  • Process payments and guide customers through promotions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby
  • Follow opening and closing procedures

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
